My husband and I did a couple’s massage.

It was the best massage I have had in years! The massage table has a couple of removable pads that reveal two holes for us ladies with a larger chest to be able to lie down more comfortably instead of squishing everything. They even have a table with a removable pad for pregnant women so they can lie down comfortably.

They were absolutely fantastic! Their prices are fair and they offer some amazing packages.

If you need/want a massage, this is the place to go.

I've gone to many different places in the area and April is by far the best! I have referred many different people to her because I know that she will not let them down. My husband and myself got a couple's massage with her and he enjoyed it so much that he went back multiple times, he had never had a massage before. This is a true statement of April Ann's Therapeutic Spa. April is the absolute best person to go to for post op lymphatic drainage massages in Fayetteville N.C.. After I had lipo 360 and a breast lift in Miami I was in desperate need of a lymphatic drainage massage in Fayetteville and it was so hard to find a good one in this area. Fortunately for me, I found April and she is absolutely what the doctor ordered. April is extremely knowledgeable about different types of cosmetic procedures and also know the best way to shape your body for the best results.
